Cleaning the Headset/Earphones
If the volume becomes soft or the sound quality feels strange, dirt or earwax may have accumulated in the audio output section. To improve the symptom, clean your earphones by following the steps below.
CAUTION
If dirt or liquid gets inside the device, or if excessive force is applied to the mesh or cloth of the audio output section, it may cause damage or malfunction. Follow the steps carefully.

Remove the earpiece if there is one.

Remove dirt from the audio output section by gently scrubbing it with a soft, dry toothbrush.

If the dirt or earwax is stuck and cannot be removed, dampen the dirt with a cotton swab moistened with a small amount of alcohol.

Remove the soften dirt or earwax by gently scrubbing it with a soft, dry toothbrush.

Wipe the exterior of the earphones with a damp cloth that has been wrung out thoroughly to remove dirt.

For models with earpieces, remove the earpieces and wash them with diluted neutral detergent by hand.

Make sure the earpieces are completely dry before putting them on.
Be careful not to push the dirt deeper.
Wait a few minutes for the stuck dirt to soften.
