The Wind Cut effect is weak (when using the app)

The following describes possible solutions when the Wind Cut effect may be weak. Follow the steps below to check whether the problem can be resolved.

The Wind Cut may have been turned off.

The Wind Cut function is enabled by setting it in the app.

The Wind Cut function can be switched only when connected to the other device.

Setting the Wind Cut function

Touch the touch sensor area of the R earphone for about 1 second, and release your finger when you hear a beep sound.

The audio guidance can be heard when the function is toggled on/off.

Adjusting the position of the earphone may improve the symptom.

Insert the earphones with the logo in the horizontal position. Rotate the earphones and adjust to the most comfortable angle.

Replacing the earpieces may improve the symptom.

The medium-size silicone ear pieces are attached when purchased.

To enjoy good sound quality, choose the most suitable earpieces from XS/S/M/L and fit them into your ears.

If the size of the ear piece is incorrect, the bass sound may be insufficient or the effectiveness of Wind Cut function may be reduced.

Check that the ear piece is securely attached as shown in the figure.

If the ear piece is not securely attached, it may slipped off when in use and remain in your ear. If the ear piece remains in your ear, be careful not to push it further into your ear.

The Wind Cut function suppresses wind noise detected by the microphone.
When the wind is weak, the Wind Cut function may not work.
