Q.Unable to delete file.

A.Files (videos/still images) that are protected cannot be deleted. Release protection before deleting the file.

A.Set the write protect switch of the SD card to off.

Q.BACK-UP menu does not disappear.

A.While the USB cable is connected, the “BACK UP” menu is displayed.
