Trouble

  • Sound or video is interrupted.

  • There is no sound.

  • The same image is displayed for a long time.

  • The motion is choppy.

  • Cannot find a recorded file.

  • Images do not appear on the TV properly.

  • 3D images cannot be seen on a 3D compatible TV properly. (for GZ-HM960)

  • Images are projected vertically on the TV.

  • The image displayed on TV is too small.

  • When connected to the TV via the HDMI mini cable, proper images and sounds are not output.

  • Unable to play back DVD with title.

Reason and Action

  • Disconnect the cable and connect again.

    Connecting via the HDMI Mini Connector
  • Turn off and on this unit again.

  • When connected via the component connector, check if the setting of “COMPONENT OUTPUT” in the connections setting menu is suitable for the connected TV. (Set to “1080i” by default)
