Stop using the headphones if they are causing great discomfort or irritation on the skin and the ears. They may damage your skin and cause rash or inflammation.
In dryer air conditions such as in winter, you may feel some static shock when using the headphones.
Precautions for use
Stop using this unit if the plug is bent, as it may result in fire, burns or electric shock. Be careful not to let liquids (sweat, beverage, disinfectant spray, etc.) or foreign objects (dirt, dust, metal pieces, etc.) contaminate the plug. Immediately stop using this unit if the plug gets contaminated, or when this unit emits strange sound, odor, or smoke.
Dirt on the audio output part may cause decrease in volume. Clean the audio output part of the earphones regularly by brushing it carefully with a soft toothbrush.
Drip-proof Feature of This Product
The drip-proof structure of the earphone part is equivalent to IPX2 of the JIS C0920 (IEC60529) standard. It is not fully water-resistant.
* IPX2 (a grade that protects against vertically dripping water) means the unit can function normally even when there is water dripping from directly above onto an equipment that is installed at an angle of 15° or less.
The remote control is not drip-proof. Pay careful attention to avoid contact with water or sweat.
Do not immerse this product in water.
When the product comes into contact with water or sweat, wipe it off immediately with a dry and soft cloth.
