If no sound is heard from one side of the earphones or the earphones cannot be connected to your BLUETOOTH device, initializing the earphones may solve the problem.

Information of all the paired devices will be deleted (initialized). Perform pairing again from the start.

Start by deleting the registration information of the System from the BLUETOOTH setting on the BLUETOOTH device.

Charge the charging case beforehand.

Follow the steps below to initialize the settings of both the L and R earphones.

1Take out the L earphone from the charging case.

Make sure that the Bluetooth device is not connected (the indicator flashes twice every 5 seconds, or flashes quickly repeatedly).

2Press the button 3 times (hold down the button on the third press until the indicator lights up).

3The indicator lights up for 5 seconds. While the light is on, press the button twice quickly.

The indicator will flash and then go out, and the power will be turned off.

If the button is not pressed twice in time, the earphones will return to the condition in step 1. Repeat again from step 2.

4Insert the L earphone into the charging case.

9Remove the earphones from the charging case and set the L and R earphones side by side.

The L and R indicators light up and the power turns on.

After a short while, the indicator on one side of the earphones starts to flash quickly and repeatedly. The other indicator will flash twice every 5 seconds repeatedly.

Initialization is now complete.
