Charging

When using a commercially available USB conversion AC adapter, make sure to choose one with an output voltage of DC 5 V and output current of 2A and above. Otherwise, it may result in malfunction or abnormal heating. Do not connect the cable if there is dirt or moisture on the tip of the dedicated USB cable or the charging USB port.

Make sure that you use the supplied USB charging cable to charge this unit.

Charge this unit by connecting the supplied USB charging cable to a USB conversion AC adapter (commercially available).

Insert the USB AC adapter into the AC outlet to start charging.

5V TYPE

When this unit is powered off, the left indicators begin to flash or light up in white, and charging starts. When this unit is powered on, the left indicators begin to flash or light up in blue, and charging continues.

If you use the unit while charging with the power turned on, charging may not complete, or it may take longer to for it to become fully charged. It is recommended that you charge the unit with the power turned off.

When charging is complete, all the left indicators will light up.

The charging time is approx. 4 hours (when power is off).

Fully Charged

The left indicators will flash or light up in white during charging. When charging is complete, all the left indicators will light up.

You can continue to use this unit while charging is in progress. When using the unit while charging, the indicators will flash or light up in blue.

After charging is complete, unplug the USB charging cable.

Charging may stop if the temperature exceeds the charging temperature range (5 °C (41 °F) to 35 °C (95 °F)). (The left indicators will flash twice repeatedly). Charging will resume automatically in an environment where the temperature is back within the charging temperature range.

To prevent deterioration of the rechargeable battery, charge this unit about once every 6 months if it has not been used for a long period of time.

When charging this unit after it has not been used for a long period of time, it might take some time before the left indicators start to light up or flash. Wait for a while for the left indicators to light up or flash.
