CAUTION
Please refer to the “STARTUP GUIDE” that comes with this unit for information on important warnings and safety precautions.
To prevent fire, burns or electric shock, do not use the dedicated USB cable if its plug has been bent. Additionally, prevent liquid (such as sweat, drinks or disinfectant sprays) or foreign objects (such as fine dirt, dust or metal fragments) from coming into contact with the plug or the terminal parts. If any substance adheres to these areas, or if you notice abnormal noises, unusual odors, or smoke, stop using the unit immediately.
Do not cover the unit with blankets, clothing or other materials while charging or in use. Doing so may cause overheating or fire.
Do not leave the unit unattended at a place that is subject to high temperature (60°C and above). Doing so may cause overheating, fire or explosion.
Do not use this product if you are using a cardiac pacemaker. Pacemakers may be affected by the radio waves emitted by this device.
Do not use this unit in hospitals or near medical devices. The radio waves may cause these devices to malfunction and result in accidents.
Do not use this unit inside an aircraft. Otherwise, the radio waves may cause the aircraft devices to malfunction and result in accidents.
Be careful not to play at a volume beyond the allowable input limit, as doing so may cause the sound to become distorted or damage the diaphragm.
Avoid leaving the product at a location that is high in temperature or humidity as doing so may damage the device.
Noise may occur if a BLUETOOTH device is used near this product.
Unless liability for damages is acknowledged under the law, we shall not be liable for any damage that arises from the misuse of this product, malfunction during the use of this product, as well as other defects or other uses of this product by the user or a third party.
Drip-proof and Water-resistant Features of This Product
This product is not drip-proof or water resistant.
Pay careful attention to avoid contact with water or sweat as this may damage the product.
Location for Placing the Unit
Do not place the unit at the following locations to prevent troubles such as breakdown.
Places that are subject to humidity or dust
Places near equipment such as heater or air-conditioner
Places that are narrow and not well ventilated
Places that are extremely cold
Beside a TV or other amplifiers or tuners
Places where magnetic field is generated
Unstable places with poor balance
Places that are very close an OA equipment or fluorescent light
Places that are subject to direct sunlight
Places that are subject to strong vibrations
Before setting up, please make sure to clean the area for placing this unit. Depending on the location where it is placed, this unit may move when playing at high volumes.
The operating temperature range of this unit is between 5°C and 40°C. Using this unit outside of the specified temperature range may cause it to malfunction or lead to damage.
Cleaning the Unit
If the panel control surface is dirty, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. For more stubborn dirt, wipe using a cloth that is dampened with water or with a small amount of neutral detergent applied to it, followed by wiping again with a dry cloth.
Do not wipe the surface using chemicals such as thinner, benzene or alcohol, or spray insecticide on it. Doing so may cause discoloration or damage the surface finish.
Sound Etiquette
Enjoyable music could also become a nuisance depending on the time and location. Please show careful consideration for your neighbors. In particular, soft sounds can travel easily at night when it is quiet. Please pay extra attention when listening to music at night.
