Troubleshooting

Stop video recording before taking still images. (If the SD card is removed and inserted during video recording, still images cannot be recorded.)

Set “VIDEO QUALITY” in the menu to a setting other than “ECONOMY”. (Simultaneous still image recording cannot be performed when set to “ECONOMY”.)
