Blu-ray Disc (BD)

It is an optical disc with large storage capacity, which can store videos in the high definition quality. AVCHD can be played by only by devices that support the Blu-ray disc playback.

AVCHD

It is a standard to record videos in high-definition quality on the DVD disc. AVCHD can be played by only by devices that support the AVCHD disc playback.

DVD-Video

It is a standard to record videos in the standard quality on the DVD disc. DVD disc can be played back by the commonly-used DVD player.
