Place both earphones into the charging case, wait for the indicator light to turn off or turn red, followed by taking out the earphones again.

When pairing, make sure the BLUETOOTH device is within 1 m of your headphones.

Unable to reconnect with the last connected device

Place both earphones into the charging case, wait for the indicator light to turn off or turn red, followed by taking out the earphones again.

When pairing, make sure the BLUETOOTH device is within 1 m of your headphones.

Turn on the BLUETOOTH device and enable pairing.

Delete the connection information of the device in question and perform pairing again.

Perform operations after setting the BLUETOOTH function of the connected device to OFF and then to ON again.

Perform operations after turning off the connected device and on again.

The R earphone flashes in red and connection cannot be established

Turn on the BLUETOOTH device, enable its Bluetooth function and select this earphones from the BLUETOOTH device list.

The R earphone flashes in red and no audio sound is output

Place both earphones into the charging case, wait for the indicator light to turn off or turn red, followed by taking out the earphones again to establish a connection. After taking out the earphones, move the L and R earphones close to each other.

Earphones do not start functioning immediately after connection with the device is established

Depending on the device connected, even when the L indicator has turned blue after connection is established, the earphones may not start functioning immediately due to a time lag in the connection. When this occurs, wait for a few seconds and repeat the operation.

The volume is low or the sound is unpleasant

Increase the volume on this earphones or the BLUETOOTH device connected.

Insert the earphones more securely.

The sound is distorted

Adjust the volume on the BLUETOOTH device connected so that there is no distortion, and then adjust the volume on this earphones.

Charge the main unit. Charging

Sound is interrupted or noise is heard

Use the connected device in a position or orientation that allows for the most stable communication. The sound tends to be interrupted when the earphones are covered with the hands. The L earphone is the master unit and is used to connect to a device as well as the R earphone.

Reduce the number of apps that are launched on the device.

The System does not work correctly

Re-charge the system and switch power on.

Unable to charge (earphones)

Remove both earphones from the charging case and place them back in again.

Make sure that the earphones are fully inserted into the charging case.

Use a cotton swab to remove any dirt from the contacts of the earphones and charging case.

Charge the charging case first.

When the battery power of the charging case has completely run out, charging will not start even if the earphones are inserted into the charging case followed by connecting the USB cable. In this case, remove both earphones from the charging case and charge the charging case first.

If only one side of the earphones is taken out from the charging case, charging may not be performed correctly when the earphone is placed back into the charging case. In this case, remove both earphones from the charging case and place them back in again.

If no sound is heard from the earphones or the earphones cannot be connected to your BLUETOOTH device after performing the operations suggested in the Troubleshooting section, restoring the settings of earphones to the initial state may solve the problem. Restoring the settings to the initial state
