SymptomUnable to pair
Turn off the power of the unit, charge it, and then turn it on again to reconnect.
When pairing, make sure the BLUETOOTH device is within 1 m of the System.
Operate the BLUETOOTH device to connect.
Turn on the BLUETOOTH device and enable pairing.
Delete the pairing information on the BLUETOOTH device list and perform pairing again.
Perform operations after setting the BLUETOOTH function of the connected device to OFF and then to ON again.
Perform operations after turning off the connected device and on again.
Refer to the steps to establish a connection. Connecting
Check whether the System is connected to another device. Turn off the BLUETOOTH settings of other devices and enable pairing with the desired device.
Try connecting at a different location.
If stereo pairing was previously set up, the two units will automatically enter the stereo pairing standby mode on startup, and the Pairing button will be disabled. Press and hold the MODE button for about 1 second to enable operation of the Pairing button.
SymptomThe sound is choppy and there is noise
Try reducing the number of apps running on the BLUETOOTH device connected.

SymptomVolume decreases during playback
This unit is equipped with a function that automatically reduces output (volume) when the battery voltage drops (Power Save Mode). This is not a malfunction.
SymptomAfter connecting to the System, the BLUETOOTH device connected does not function immediately
Depending on the BLUETOOTH device connected, even when the indicator lights up after connecting to the System, the BLUETOOTH device may not function immediately due to the time lag in the connection operation. Wait for a few seconds and try operating again.
SymptomThe sound is distorted
Adjust the volume on the BLUETOOTH device connected so that there is no distortion, and then adjust the volume on the System.

SymptomThe System does not work correctly
Turn off the power of the unit, and then turn it on again.
Charge the unit, and turn on the power again.

When turning on the power again after it has been turned off, do so after waiting for about 10 seconds.
SymptomUnable to charge
Make sure that the dedicated USB cable is plugged in all the way.
Please charge within the charging temperature range (5 °C (41 °F) to 35 °C (95 °F)).
