Troubleshooting Guide

The following describes ways to resolve problems that you may encounter with your BLUETOOTH earphones.

Select a relevant symptom

  • No sound from one side of the earphones
  • No sound from both sides of the earphones
  • Sound is interrupted
  • Unable to connect (pair) earphones
  • Unable to turn on the power
  • Unable to charge
  • Noise canceling effect is not noticeable
  • The Wind Cut effect is weak (when using the app)
  • Unable to connect using the multipoint (connect the second device)
