Troubleshooting

Press the 3D button to switch to the desired mode for playback.

Set “3D VIDEO REC FORMAT” in the video recording menu to “AVCHD” or “MP4(MVC)”.

* For customers who completed the firmware update
Set “3D VIDEO REC FORMAT” in the video recording menu to “AVCHD 3D”, “AVCHD”, or “MP4(MVC)”.

Change the playback media by tapping / on the index screen.

Select “PLAYBACK OTHER FILE” in the menu. (Video files that have damaged management information can be played back.)
