The sound volume is low |
Increase the volume on this unit or the BLUETOOTH device connected. For TVs that allow users to adjust the headphone volume independent of the TV speaker volume, the headphone output volume may be set to low. In this case, adjust the output setting and volume of the headphone jack on the menu screen of the TV before use. |
TV volume is too soft |

The volume may be cut off when there is an obstruction between the BLUETOOTH transmitter and the speaker units, for example, the BLUETOOTH transmitter is deployed at the back of the TV. Connect the BLUETOOTH transmitter to a commercially available USB converter AC adapter and install the BLUETOOTH transmitter at a unobstructed location. |
Voice assistant function (Siri etc) is not activated |
If music is playing, stop the playback. When audio playback is stopped, the audio recognition function may not activate immediately. Wait for a while and start again. |
