Unable to pair

Turn on this unit and the BLUETOOTH device.

When pairing, make sure the BLUETOOTH device is within 1 m of this unit.

Delete the pairing information on the BLUETOOTH device list and perform pairing again.

Turn on the BLUETOOTH function on the BLUETOOTH device, select this unit from the device list and perform connection.

Unable to charge

Check the connection of the charging cable.

Please charge within the charging temperature range.

After connecting to this unit, the BLUETOOTH device connected does not function immediately

Depending on the BLUETOOTH device connected, even when the indicator turns blue after connecting to this unit, the BLUETOOTH device may not function immediately due to the time lag in the connection operation. When this occurs, wait for a few seconds and repeat the operation.

The sound volume is low

Increase the volume on this unit or the BLUETOOTH device connected.

For TVs that allow users to adjust the headphone volume independent of the TV speaker volume, the headphone output volume may be set to low. In this case, adjust the output setting and volume of the headphone jack on the menu screen of the TV before use.

TV volume is too soft

Check the connection of the TV. TV audio

The speaker unit may be muted. Press the Sikaku button to unmute.

The sound is distorted

Lower the sound volume.

The sound is choppy and there is noise

Change the position of the BLUETOOTH device connected to a position and direction where communication is stable.

Reduce the number of apps that are launched on the BLUETOOTH device.

Unable to turn on the power

TV volume is cut off

The volume may be cut off when there is an obstruction between the BLUETOOTH transmitter and the speaker units, for example, the BLUETOOTH transmitter is deployed at the back of the TV. Connect the BLUETOOTH transmitter to a commercially available USB converter AC adapter and install the BLUETOOTH transmitter at a unobstructed location.

Voice assistant function (Siri etc) is not activated

If music is playing, stop the playback. When audio playback is stopped, the audio recognition function may not activate immediately. Wait for a while and start again.
