Switching priority settings during connection

When the audio is cut off or noise occurs, audio quality may improve by switching the connection settings from Prioritize Sound Quality (factory default) to Prioritize Connectivity (SBC or AAC connection).

1Remove the earphones from the charging case and turn on the power of the earphones.

2Turn off the BLUETOOTH settings of the BLUETOOTH device.

3Tap the R touch sensor 4 times while both earphones are connected.

When Prioritize Connectivity is selected, “Prioritize Connectivity” and a voice guidance will be heard. When Prioritize Sound Quality is selected, “Prioritize Sound Quality” and a voice guidance will be heard.

4Turn on the BLUETOOTH settings of the BLUETOOTH device and reconnect. Reconnect

If there are no problems, use Prioritize Sound Quality.

Settings will remain even when the power is turned off.

Refer to the instruction manual of the BLUETOOTH device as the connection codec differs according to the BLUETOOTH device.
