Troubleshooting
SymptomUnable to pair
Place both earphones into the charging case and close the lid. Connect the supplied USB charging cable to charge the charging case. Open the charging case again, check to ensure that the indicators for the earphones on the charging case are turned off or lit, followed by taking out both the L and R earphones again at the same time.
When pairing, make sure the BLUETOOTH device is within 1 m of the System.
Operate the BLUETOOTH device to connect.
Turn on the BLUETOOTH device and enable pairing.
Delete the pairing information on the BLUETOOTH device list and perform pairing again.
Perform operations after setting the BLUETOOTH function of the connected device to OFF and then to ON again.
Perform operations after turning off the connected device and on again.
Refer to the steps to establish a connection. Connecting (Power On)
Check whether the System is connected to another device. Turn off the BLUETOOTH settings of other devices and enable pairing with the desired device.
SymptomIndicators for the earphones on the charging case are flashing and connection failed
Turn on the BLUETOOTH device, enable its Bluetooth function and select the System from the BLUETOOTH device list.
Remove both earphones from the charging case and place them back in again. Check to ensure that the indicators for the earphones on the charging case are turned off or lit, followed by taking out both the L and R earphones again at the same time to establish connection. After taking out the earphones, move the L and R earphones close to each other.
SymptomSound is heard only from the left or right earphone
Place both earphones into the charging case and close the lid. Connect the supplied USB charging cable to charge the charging case. Check whether one of the earphones is connected to another BLUETOOTH device. Turn off the BLUETOOTH settings of other devices and enable pairing with the desired device.

Remove both earphones from the charging case and place them back in again.
Touch and hold the touch sensor on both the L and R earphones for about 5 seconds to power off the earphones, and place them in the charging case.
Make sure that the earphones are fully inserted into the charging case.
Use a cotton swab to remove any dirt from the contacts of the earphones and charging case.

SymptomUnable to charge (charging case)
Make sure that the USB cable is plugged in all the way.
Please charge within the charging temperature range (5 °C (41 °F) to 35 °C (95 °F)).
SymptomThe earphones are turned on during charging
When the charging case runs out of battery, the earphones are turned on. If there is no remaining battery in the the charging case, the indicators for the charging case will not light up when you open or close the case. In this case, power off the earphones manually. SymptomAfter connecting to the System, the BLUETOOTH device connected does not function immediately
Depending on the Bluetooth device to be connected, even when the indicators for the earphones on the charging case light up after it is connected to the earphones, the Bluetooth device may not function immediately due to the time lag in the connection operation. In this case, wait for a few seconds and try again.
SymptomNo response from the touch sensor
Re-charge the system and switch power on.
Touch it directly with the ball of your finger. Do not touch with a pen or your fingernail.
The touch sensor does not work if the sensor or your finger is wet. Wipe your finger dry with a cloth.
The touch sensor does not work with gloves. Remove your glove and operate again.
The touch sensor does not work when there is hair on the sensor. Touch the touch sensor area directly.
Touch the center of the touch sensor area.
Check to ensure that the “Disable touch key” option is set to “Off” on the earphone app.
When “Wear Sensor” is turned on in the dedicated app, the sensor will not respond if the earphones are removed from your ears.
SymptomUnable to skip back to the previous track
During playback tap the touch sensor area on the R earphone 3 times quickly. The previous track or beginning of the current track will be played.
SymptomUnable to skip to the next track
During playback tap the touch sensor area on the R earphone 2 times quickly. The next track will be played.
SymptomThe earphones fall off the ears easily
SymptomThe System does not work correctly
Re-charge the system and switch power on.
SymptomThe sound is choppy and there is noise
Use the connected device in a position or orientation that allows for the most stable communication. The sound tends to be interrupted when the System is covered with the hands.
Try reducing the number of apps running on the BLUETOOTH device connected.
Charge the main unit. Charging
Audio sound may be interrupted when you are using the low latency mode. If this occurs, switch off the normal mode. Also, audio interruptions are less likely to occur if you switch to “Connection Stabilization Mode” in the dedicated app. Operating the touch sensor (when using both the L and R earphones)
SymptomThe volume is low or the sound is unpleasant
Increase the volume on the System or the BLUETOOTH device connected.
Insert both of this unit into your ears securely.
Check whether the ear piece size is correct and whether they are attached to the correct position. Wearing

SymptomThe sound is distorted
Adjust the volume on the BLUETOOTH device connected so that there is no distortion, and then adjust the volume on the System.

SymptomA “beep” sound (howling) is heard (including when the earphones are inside the charging case)
Do not cover the earphones with your hands or obstruct the surrounding area.
Do not block the surrounding area of the microphone and the ear pieces with your fingers or other objects.
Check whether the ear pieces are correctly attached.

SymptomThe noise canceling function is not very effective
Check that the noise canceling function is turned on. Operating the touch sensor (when using both the L and R earphones)
The noise canceling function is less effective depending on the type of noise.
SymptomEffect of the ambient sound function is weak
Check that the ambient sound function is turned on. Operating the touch sensor (when using both the L and R earphones)
When the playback volume of the music is loud, it may be difficult to feel the effect. Lower the playback volume.
SymptomEffect of the Wind Cut feature is weak (when using the app)
The Wind Cut function suppresses wind noise that is detected by the microphone. If there is no wind blowing in the surroundings, it will revert to normal noise cancellation.
The Wind Cut function may not operate when the wind is blowing weakly.
SymptomRing tone is soft and cannot be heard
The ring tone may not be heard from the headphone if the silent mode of the BLUETOOTH device (iPhone/smartphone/tablet) is turned on. Turn off the silent mode on the BLUETOOTH device. Alternatively, to use it in the silent mode, enable the device to detect incoming calls (via the vibration feature on the device, etc.) and use the earphones to answer the call. When there is an incoming call, the call may start on the BLUETOOTH device instead if you answer the call using the device.
SymptomMusic or voice calls cannot be heard
Delete the pairing information on the BLUETOOTH device list. Perform pairing after turning off the connected device and on again (or after rebooting).
SymptomUnsure what the status (flashing or lit) of the indicators for the earphones on the charging case means
SymptomUnable to connect to second Bluetooth device when multipoint is in use
Change the Bluetooth setting of the first Bluetooth device to “Off” before connecting to the second device.
SymptomUnable to connect when using the call/conference application on the computer

SymptomUnable to mute/unmute the microphone while using the call/conference application via connection to a PC; You cannot hear the other party’s voice and vice versa

SymptomSound quality for videos and music is poor and the sound mode cannot be changed when connected to a computer
