The headphones do not power on automatically after turning on the power of the processor unit

While the headphones are designed to power off automatically when the power of the processor unit is turned off, the headphones do not power on automatically when you turn on the power of the processor unit. You have to turn on the power of the processor unit and headphones separately. However, powering on the headphones automatically turns on the power of the processor unit. (When in the auto standby mode)

No sound is output from the headphones when the eARC/ARC terminal is connected

Check whether the [HDMI CEC] switch on the bottom surface of the processor unit is set to “ON”.

If there is input from both the HDMI output terminal (eARC/ARC) and OPT IN terminal, priority will be given to input from the OPT IN terminal and thus audio may not be output from the HDMI output terminal (eARC/ARC) in this case. When this occurs, disconnect the cable from the OPT IN terminal, or change the “DIGITAL Priority” setting in the System Setup menu.

To play back the audio of the TV through the headphones, turn on the power of the headphones and the processor unit, and set the processor unit to [DIGITAL] using the [INPUT] button.

The processor unit powers on/off automatically when the power of the TV or player is turned on/off

This is a function of the HDMI CEC feature. If this is undesirable while you are using the product, set the [HDMI CEC] switch on the bottom surface of the processor unit to “OFF”.
