Using the Function Settings Menu
Items that can be configured on the menu screen of the app are as follows.
EXOFIELD Data
Displays up to a maximum of 6 EXOFIELD data files.
Stores the EXOFIELD data generated from the measurement in the smartphone and transfers it to the processor unit.
Setting items:
Rename
Renames the file of EXOFIELD data.
Delete
Deletes the EXOFIELD data. Deleting a data file automatically moves the next file up the list.
Registration
Transfers EXOFIELD data to the processor unit as user data.
User Data
Displays a list of up to 4 user data files.
Data files of up to 4 users can be transferred to and stored on the processor unit by combining the EXOFIELD data stored in the app with the equalizer settings. User data can only be deleted.
Setting items:
Delete
Deletes the user data. The area appears as a blank space after deleting.
EXOFIELD matching
Moves to the measurement (EXOFIELD matching) screen.
Channel Gain
Center Channel
Adjusts the gain level of the Center channel among the multi-channel output (EXOFIELD input).
Setting range:
-6 dB to +6 dB (default: 0 dB)
LFE Channel
Adjusts the gain level of the LFE channel among the multi-channel output (EXOFIELD input).
Setting range:
-6 dB to +6 dB (default: 0 dB)
Balance
Adjusts the sound balance of the L/R channels using the slider. Tapping the [RESET] button returns the balance to the center.
Setting range:
Lch: 7 steps to Rch: 7 steps (default: 0)
Sound Setup
FLAT
Flat state without making any adjustment to the sound quality.
CINEMA (default)
Adjusts to a sound quality that is optimized for movies.
GAME
Adjusts to a sound quality that is optimized for games.
MUSIC
Adjusts to a sound quality that is optimized for music.
CUSTOM
Tap the [Edit] button to move to the equalizer settings screen.
Enables free adjustment of the sound quality using the five-band equalizer. Only one of the adjusted settings can be registered in the memory.
Decoder Setup
(Dolby) Dynamic Range Control
Compresses the dynamic range if the input audio format is Dolby. When this is configured to Auto, the setting switches automatically to ON or OFF according to the source being played.

(DTS) Dialog Control
Make adjustments to enhance the clarity of the lines in the movie or only the vocal in a song if the input audio format is DTS.
*This feature is grayed out and disabled if the content does not support Dialog Control.
Setting range:
0 dB to +6 dB (default: 0 dB)
(DTS) Dynamic Range Control
Switches compression of the dynamic range to ON or OFF if the input audio format is DTS. This cannot be configured to Auto.

Surround Setup
*Some contents may differ from EXOFIELD layout display in terms of hearing.
Neural:X
Switches the surround effect to ON or OFF if the input audio format is DTS.

Dolby Surround
Switches the surround effect to ON or OFF if the input audio format is Dolby.
Setting items:

LPCM/AAC Surround
Switches the surround effect to Neural:X or Dolby Surround if the input audio format is LPCM or AAC.

Audio Sync Delay
Delays the audio for synchronization with the video.
Setting range:
0 msec to +120 msec (default: 0 msec)
Wireless Setting
Switches the frequency of wireless transmission between the processor unit and headphones.

5 GHz
*Some regions (Europe) support only the 5.8 GHz frequency. This menu will not be displayed for these regions.
DIGITAL Priority
There are two different inputs from the TV, namely HDMI (eARC/ ARC) and SPDIF optical. Priority is given to the optical input in the Auto setting. This switch can be used to alter the priority level.

Switches the output audio for multiplex broadcasts (dual language broadcasts).

OSD Language Select
For selecting the OSD (On-screen Display) language of the TV.

Initialize
Initializes the EXOFIELD data, user data and other settings stored in the app or processor unit.
Version
Displays the firmware version of the app and processor unit, and enables firmware update of the processor unit from the app.
When the update button is highlighted in orange, firmware update is allowed.
Perform update when the smartphone has sufficient battery level.
Do not pull out the AC adapter during update.

Displays the software licensing agreement.

Displays the copyrights of the free open software programs used on the app.
