Troubleshooting

Recording stops automatically as it cannot be performed for 12 or more consecutive hours according to specifications. (It may take some time to resume recording.)

Turn off the power, wait for a while, and start recording again. (This unit stops automatically to protect the circuit when the temperature rises.)

Insert a commercially available microSD card, and set “REC MEDIA FOR VIDEO” and “REC MEDIA FOR IMAGE” in the media settings menu to “SD”. (There may be a malfunction with the HDD.)
