Troubleshooting

A.Sometimes playback is interrupted at the connecting section between two scenes. This is not a malfunction.

A.Set “OPERATION SOUND” in the common menu to “ON”.

A.Use a high speed SD card (Class 4 or higher).

A.Clean the terminals of the SD card with a dry cotton swab or something similar.

A.Execute “FORMAT SD CARD” in the “MEDIA SETTINGS” menu. (All data will be deleted.)

A.Verify the system requirements of your computer when using MediaBrowser to play back.

A.Cancel the date search function.

A.Select “PLAYBACK OTHER FILE” in the menu. (Video files that have damaged management information can be played back.)

A.Disconnect the cable and connect again.

A.Turn off and on this unit again.

A.Set “VIDEO OUTPUT” in the “MEDIA SETTINGS” menu to “4:3”.

A.Adjust the TV's screen accordingly.

A.Set “VIDEO OUTPUT” in the “MEDIA SETTINGS” menu to “16:9”.

A.Images and sounds may not be output properly depending on the TV connected. In such cases, perform the following operations.
1 Disconnect the HDMI mini cable and connect it again.
2 Turn off and on this unit again.
