Time-lapse Recording ( Time-Lapse Rec )
This function enables the changes of a scene that occur slowly over a long period to be shown within a short time by taking frames of it at a certain interval.
This is useful for making observations such as the opening of a flower bud.

Caution
Do not remove the SD card during recording ( , red text) or while recording is paused ( , red text).
Audio cannot be recorded with the video during time-lapse recording.
If the recorded scenes do not reach a specified amount when recording is stopped, normal recording is performed and scenes are added to the end of the clip until the amount is reached.
Simultaneous still image recording and image stabilizer are not usable when time-lapse recording is enabled.
When time-lapse recording is enabled, “TC Generator” cannot be set to “Free Run”.
Unavailable when “System” is set to “High-Speed”.
Time-Lapse Rec will be canceled when the power is turned off. “Rec Mode” will be restored to “Normal”.
If “Quick Restart” is set to “On”, the camera will also return to “Normal” recording mode when the LCD monitor is closed.
Memo
Make use of a tripod and AC adapter for time-lapse recordings with long intervals.
It is also recommended to fix the focus and white balance manually.
