Pre Rec
Pre Rec
“Pre Rec Time” can be used to specify the number of seconds for video and audio to be recorded before the actual recording starts.
Using Pre Rec enables recording of a complete event without missing the initial scenes even when you start the recording late.
Memo
This is fixed at “5 sec” when “System” is set to “4K”.
Pre-recording will not be performed during the preconfigured interval in “Pre Rec Time” if the time interval after the power of the camera is turned on or after switching from the Playback mode to the Recording mode up to the time when recording starts is shorter than the duration configured here.
Operation sound is muted in Pre Rec mode.
Caution
In the following cases, video and audio during the specified Pre Rec time may not be recorded when the actual recording starts.
- Starting recording immediately after recording stops
- Immediately after configuring “Rec Mode”
Unavailable when “System” is set to “High-Speed”.
“Pre Rec” will be canceled when the power is turned off. “Rec Mode” will be restored to “Normal”.
If “Quick Restart” is set to “On”, the camera will also return to “Normal” recording mode when the LCD monitor is closed.
